Project Description

Buff Diss is an Australian artist who has specialised in creating work with tape. His works explore the nature of line and how it can intersect space, generate volume, add texture and elements of the unexpected.

Buff’s love of traditional graffiti and studies in Computer Science influenced the evolution of his unique style of art.

His subjects matters range from mythical figures, nautical themes, giant hands interacting with architecture and people and geometric patterns. Buff is moving into fabrication of artworks that can easily transition from street to gallery space. He is inspired by architecture and design and aspires to integrate his work within architecture and the urban scape providing subtle and clever artistic interventions.
